- 1 1/2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 large mango, peeled, pitted, (and frozen, if desired)
- 1 1/4 cups plain yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons honey, or amount as desired
Directions
- Place the bananas, strawberries, and mango in a blender (or food processor). Pulse until well blended and very few chunks of fruit are left. Add yogurt and honey, pulse until combined.
Note: If you want the smoothie to have a thicker (or icier) texture, you can put it in an ice cream maker for 20 minutes.
