- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 (24 oz.) jars tomato sauce
- Pasta or rolls
Directions
- In a large saucepan over medium heat, pour pasta sauce and cover. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add meatballs and cook until sauce is simmering and meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve over spaghetti or on rolls.
