- 1 lb. lean ground beef (about 15% fat)
- 1/2 cup onion, finely minced (optional)
- 1 egg
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Lightly grease with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together all of the ingredients using your hands. Form into 4-6 patties.
- Grill the burgers for 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to preferred doneness.
- Serve on a bun with desired condiments.
