- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups original M&Ms
Directions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla together in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating well. Stir in M&Ms.
- Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
